These diagnostic plots help assess the quality and validity of your lattice analysis. Select a character from the dropdown, then explore each plot. The plots use adjusted means from the mixed model.
This is a user-friendly platform where you can generate CSV files in the required format for Alpha Lattice / PBIB design analysis.
Enter the number of Treatments, the number of Blocks per replication, the number of Replications, and the number of response variables in the sidebar panel. The block size (k) is calculated automatically as Treatments ÷ Blocks and is shown in the sidebar as soon as you enter valid numbers.
For a balanced alpha lattice design it is best if the number of Treatments is exactly divisible by the number of Blocks (k will then be a whole number and every block will have the same size). If it is not exactly divisible, the generator will still work by giving a few blocks one extra plot, but you will see a warning in the sidebar.
Upon submission, a structured data table will appear in the main panel showing Replication, Block, Plot and Treatment, where you can enter responses by clicking on the cells, or copy and paste data directly from Excel using Ctrl+V. Treatments are re-randomised into blocks independently for every replication, as required for a resolvable alpha lattice layout.
After completion of data entry download the CSV file and upload it in the Analysis tab to perform the Alpha Lattice / PBIB analysis.
This is designed to make data entry and manipulation more efficient and straightforward, which saves users time and effort. Try this now and experience a faster and more convenient way of handling your data!
